SOLUTION: Concerning a vessel 2 opening the upper part, having a clamping part and having a heat insulating double structure, a closing member 5 having a small diameter lead-out port 4 is freely attachably and detachably provided in an upper opening part 3 of this vessel 2, a cap 6 is provided in the small diameter lead-out port 4 of this closing member 5 and the cap 6 is provided successively to the closing member 5 by any suitable means.
