BREATHER DEVICE OF FUEL TANK OF MOTORCYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device of a fuel tank of a motorcycle with a simple structure which can be easily manufactured and reduce a space between a lower side of a seat and an upper surface part of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: The fuel tank 3 is disposed below the seat 2. A fuel feed port 3b for feeding fuel is opened in the upper surface part 3a of the fuel tank 3. A small hole 3c is formed in the upper surface part 3a of the fuel tank 3, and a hollow housing 6 is provided on the upper side of the upper surface part 3a so as to cover the small hole 3c. A chamber 7 functioning as a breather chamber is formed of the upper surface part 3a of the fuel tank 3 and the housing 6. A straight breather pipe 8 is pierced through a peripheral wall part 6b of the housing 6, and the space in the chamber 7 is communicated with the outside through the breather pipe 8. The diameter of the small hole 3c is smaller than the inside diameter of the breather pipe 8.
