<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a non-aqueous electrolytic liquid secondary battery capable of improving capacity of a battery by storing lithium easily in a silicon system material. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a non-aqueous electrolytic liquid secondary battery, a separator is interposed between a member containing silicon system material and a positive electrode, and a metal lithium layer is interposed between the separator and the above member, and aging is performed for a prescribed time in this state, thereby, lithium is made to be stored in the silicon system material. It is desirable that storage of lithium may be carried out so that the quantity of lithium in the silicon system material may become 5-50% to the initial charging theoretical capacity of silicon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
