PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, effective and economical solution method for a torque transmission device of a conventional technology.SOLUTION: A torque transmission device for a motor vehicle, includes a torque input element 6, 7, a torque output element 24, 8, and at least one first elastic member 10a and at least one second elastic member 10b arranged in series via a movable phase adjustment member 29. The first elastic member 10a is mounted between the torque input element 6, 7 and the phase-adjustment element 29, and the second elastic member 10b is mounted between the phase-adjustment member 29 and the torque output element 24, 8.
