PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a magnet embedded rotor capable of automatically skewing laminated core sheets.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the magnet embedded rotor includes: a step (A) of preparing a rotor core (10) in which core sheets (11) are laminated and which includes slits (12) for magnet; a step (B) of accommodating the rotor core (10) in a metal mold (30) where permanent magnets (33) and pole pieces (34) are alternately disposed in a circumferential direction; and a step (C) of embedding bond magnets (40) in the slits (12) for magnet by injection molding. On an inner peripheral surface of the pole piece (34), a protrusion (35) is formed that protrudes radially insides and is inclined axially. In the step (B), each of the core sheets (11) is skewed in the circumferential direction at an angle corresponding to the inclination of the protrusion (35).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
