PURPOSE:To reduce the optical coupling loss due to deviation of the optical axis by constituting an optical multiplexing/demultiplexing filter of the first ferrule group which couples one-side end parts of plural optical fibers to optical element collimators and the second ferrule group which couples the other end parts of plural optical fibers to an optical output collimator unified to one body. CONSTITUTION:A group 1, of plural optical element collimators and an output fiber collimator 2' are fixed on a substrate 10 by an adhesive or soldering, and optical multiplexing/demultiplexing fibers 11 are provided between them, and an optical connector 12 is provided on the outside of the substrate 10. Optical fibers 11a out of which only the central fiber is linearly formed and fibers on both sides are bent in center parts to have one-side end parts arranged apart from one another and have the other end parts unified into one, a group 11b of plural first ferrules which hold said one-side end parts individually and consist of aluminum or the like, and the second ferrule group 11c which simultaneously holds the other end parts of plural optical fibers 11a and consists of aluminium or the like are provided, and three optical signals lambda1-lambda3 from the optical element collimator group 1' are inputted. Thus, positioning is performed without positional adjustment of the optical axis. |
