PURPOSE: A ceramic powder added magnetic or non-magnetic toner is provided to improve the quality of copied images in copying press by adding ceramic powder to the toner. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic powder added magnetic or non-magnetic toner includes a binder resin, an electrification-controlling material, an added silica, and an added ceramic powder. In the magnetic or non-magnetic toner, the ceramic powder has diameter from 60 nanometer to 3 micrometer, pH from 3 to 5 and is material having dielectric constant more than 50, e.g. barium-titanate, calcium-titanate, titanium-dioxide, etc. The added ceramic powder in the toner is used as a second electrification-preventing material to improve surface properties of the toner, and prevents drum contamination and image contamination due to seizing of the toner.
