PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a billfold of which both faces of a card housing part 2 are insulatively packaged for preventing a card identification number from being read by a card identification number read device in close proximity to the billfold card housing part 2 being always carried. SOLUTION: The card provided with the card identification number can be safely protected from the read device by a non-conductive material consisting of sewn sheets of insulating paper 3 and packaging both faces of the card housing part 2 of a billfold body 1.
