This seatbelt take-up device and a seatbelt system are provided with: a motor; and a control device that reduces the duty ratio of a pulse-width-modulated signal for controlling the drive voltage of the motor from a first value required for taking up the seatbelt to a second value that is smaller than the first value. After reducing the duty ratio from the first value to the second value, the control device increases the duty ratio at an increase rate regulating an increase amount per unit time of the duty ratio such that the seatbelt is restrained from being pulled out. |
