According to an embodiment of the present invention, a measurement system for a cell guide comprises: a noise removal part which receives raw data having point clouds from a measurement device, removing noise from the point clouds to extract points corresponding to cell guides; a representative point calculation part which calculates representative points based on the points corresponding to the cell guides; and a distance calculation part which generates distance data by calculating at least a part among the distances between the representative points. As such, the present invention reduces time and costs required for measurement.
