PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical controller capable of re-establishing a machine coordinate value easily and safely in a lock mode, where a motor can be positionally controlled.SOLUTION: There is provided a numerical controller having an absolute position detector, which uses a signal operation as a trigger, stops a motor, acquires positional information on the absolute position detector, updates a machine coordinate value based on the positional information, and updates an absolute coordinate value based on the updated machine coordinate value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
