A glass holder unit having a reinforcing structure and an inspection apparatus using the same are provided to improve a yield rate and productivity by enabling a worker to inspect a stain or a defect of a glass substrate promptly, accurately, and easily. A glass holder unit includes a glass holder plate on which a glass substrate is loaded and a connection flange for connection of the glass holder plate and a multi-articulation robot. The glass holder unit includes a front surface rib(23), a support bar(22), side surface ribs(26), and corner ribs(28). The front surface rib is engaged with the connection flange. The support bar is engaged with the front surface of the glass holder plate by interposing the connection flange. The side surface ribs are bent perpendicularly at both ends of the support bar and are engaged with both side surfaces of the glass holder plate. The corner ribs are engaged with four vertexes of the glass holder plate. The front surface ribs are arranged in parallel at upper and lower parts with respect to the connection flange.
