Disclosed is an unauthorized resources application method, comprising that: a base station obtains the unauthorized resources used by the present cell; the unauthorized resources configuration information of the present cell is broadcasted to other base stations to enable the other base stations to configure information, and determine unauthorized resources configuration of their own cells according to the unauthorized resources configuration information of the present cell. Also disclosed are a base station, a UE, an unauthorized resources application system and a computer storage medium are also disclosed.
