The utility model relates to the closing devices for bottles, in particular to bottle closing devices both with and without single-pass valve, and is meant for providing the indication of opening, as well as for preventing the repeated unauthorized filling of bottles. The closing device contains a drain bush (1) with coaxially placed inner (6) and outer (5) branch pipes onto the inlet end, an inner cap (2) with an emptying tube (14) onto its end and slots (13) onto the lateral outside, mounted onto the drain bush (1) with the help of a thread, with the possibility of providing its axial displacement during rotation, an outer cap (3) with slots (16) onto the inside for interaction with the slots of the inner cap and with the inner fixative for interaction with the inlet end face of the outer branch pipe of the drain bush. The drain bush (1) is equipped with a single-pass valve (4) mounted onto the lateral outside of the inner branch pipe (6) and comprising in the upper part a flange (23), mounted between the inner and outer branch pipes, and onto the outside of the tubular body of the single-pass valve round the entire perimeter there is made at least one seal ridge (22). The conjugated walls of the single-pass valve and of the inner branch pipe of the drain bush are made conic for rigid fixation with each other. The single-pass valve comprises a valve element in the form of a glass ball (21). The closing device may be equipped with a decorative casing, rigidly mounted onto the outer cap.
