<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten and slenderize a wire harness by facilitating binding work when binding the branch portion of the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: Three united bodies in each of which six rectangular members 13 and six circular members 14 are alternately and continuously provided are prepared, and they are connected in a y-shape to form the bound component 11. This bound component 11 is applied to the branch portion of the wire harness 1, and the bound component 11 is fixed to the wire harness by wrapping a tape 3 around the branch portion together with the wire harness. Thereby, a taping process is simplified, and binding work of the branch portion is facilitated. In addition, since the amount of the tape 3 used is reduced, the wire harness is lightened and slenderized. Furthermore, the bound component can cope with branch portions 2 having various shapes by properly changing the assembled shape of the bound component 11 in accordance with the branch shape of the wire harness 1, and general applicability of the bound component is enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
