PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a stable operation even at the time of low voltage driving by connecting an inversion circuit between an emitter follower circuit and differential paired transistor circuits in a circuit where the emitter follower circuit and the differential paired transistor circuits are connected in multiple stages. SOLUTION: A first circuit 1 in an n-stages and a second circuit 2 in the n-stages are multistage-connected. When one fluctuation between transistor and emitter is set to beΔV, the fluctuations of voltage between base and emitter for (n)×ΔV quantity appear in the first and second circuits 1 and 2. An inversion circuit 3 is provided between the first and second circuits 1. The fluctuation (n)×▵V of voltage between base/emitter, which is generated in the first circuit, is inverted and it is inputted to the second circuit 2. In the second circuit 2, inputted fluctuation (n)×▵V quantity of voltage between base/emitter is canceled with fluctuation (n)×▵V quantity which is newly generated in the second circuit, and fluctuation of voltage between base/emitter is compensated.
