PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for improving power supply conversion efficiency with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A power supply controller 600 comprises: a first converter 111 that performs a conversion operation outputting a direct current by converting an input current; second converter 123 and 125 that can operate in an intermission origination system, and converts and outputs an output voltage outputted from the first converter 111; and voltage control means 115 that controls the output voltage of the first converter. In the predetermined case, the second converter performs an oscillation in a low switching frequency or a low power operation for intermission oscillation. The voltage control means performs control so that the output voltage is set to a voltage value between the minimum value or less of an upper limit voltage of operation voltage of the second converter and the maximum value or more of a lower limit voltage of the operation voltage.
