PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall having a nano-liquid-repellent structure on the top and sides, and a method for producing the partition wall.SOLUTION: A mold for forming a partition wall having a nano pattern is formed on the bottom of recessed shape and the side, and then nano imprint transfer is carried out for a partition wall material applied to an underlying substrate by means of a partition wall formation mold, thus forming a partition wall having a nano-liquid-repellent structure on the top and sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
