PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix synthetic resin pellets with finely pulperlized used paper material without being accompanied by the thermal deterioration of the synthetic resin pellets and used papers. SOLUTION: Used papers are coarsely ground with a crusher and, in succession, finely ground into the fibrous fashion with a rotary compression type grinder 11. The resultant fibrous finely pulperized used paper material is dried with a drier 12. The finely pulperized used paper material under dried state and synthetic resin pellets are mixed together with a stationary container type solid mixing device 13 so as to cover the peripheries of the synthetic resin pellets with the fibrous finely pulperized used paper material. The synthetic resin pellets, the peripheries of which are covered with the finely pulperized used paper material are charged in a twin screw extruder 14 so as to knead, melt and dehydrare them in order to be fed with a gear pump to an inflation film forming die 15, resulting in forming an inflation film. |
