The present invention relates to a fitting structure used to connect a hose for the supply and/or collection of a working fluid in a hydraulic system. According to the present invention, a hydraulic fitting structure includes: a hose in which a working fluid moves; a shell member supporting the outer surface of the hose; a nipple member supporting the inner surface of the hose, and combined with the shell member; and a thermal contraction tube surrounding the hose and the shell member. The thermal contraction tube is attached to the outer surface of the hose and the outer surface of the shell member by being contracted in a form, corresponding to the outer surfaces of the hose and the shell member, as the tube is heated at a temperature higher than the transformation temperature of the tube.
