#CMT# #/CMT# The actuator (10) has a flange (23) i.e. thin-walled pipe, firmly connected with a screw nut (20). An anti-twist device (50) is provided between the screw nut or the flange and a housing (30). The anti-twist device has a separate elongate sliding profile (51) whose sliding surface is formed convex with respect to a rotation axis (12). The profile with a guiding nut is guidably engaged in the housing, where the guiding nut is adapted to the sliding surface. The profile is fixed to the screw nut or the flange. The housing is made of aluminum, and the profile consists of polyoxymethylene. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Actuator. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The actuator is designed such that the anti-twist device is subjected to smaller wear without higher manufacturing complexity. The sliding profile is movable in a radial direction with respect to the rotation axis, so that manufacturing inaccuracies of the housing or the screw nut are balanced in a problem-free manner.
