PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit data in a disclosure range under fixed conditions corresponding to a data requester or the content of data without increasing the operation labor of a data provider.SOLUTION: A disclosure control device 10 includes: a data reception part 20 for receiving equipment communication data from external equipment 14 for observing the state of a data provider; a provider setting management part 26 for managing a black list including information indicating the conditions of disclosure about the equipment communication data: a transmission determination part 34 for determining whether or not equipment communication data to be transmitted satisfy the conditions of disclosure on the basis of the equipment communication data to be transmitted and the equipment communication data transmitted in the past in response to a request from the data requester; a data conversion part 38 for, when it is determined that the equipment communication data do not satisfy the conditions, converting the equipment communication data to satisfy the conditions; and a data transmission part 40 for transmitting the equipment communication data determined to satisfy the conditions and the equipment communication data converted to satisfy the conditions. |
