<p>PURPOSE:To produce gable-roof type paper boxes without an intermittent transfer process to fold side boards. CONSTITUTION:A paper box is made up of a main part consisting of a front board 1, a side board 2 with a roof-shaped upper part, a back board 3 and a side board 4 with a roof-shaped upper part that are continuously formed in order, small flaps 2a, 2b, 4a and 4b that are continuously extended from the upper edges of the side boards 2 and 4, roof boards 5 and 6 that are extended from the upper edges of the front and back boards 1 and 3 and bottom boards 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d. A paste margin 8 is provided along a free edge of the front board 1, and overlap flaps 5a and 6a are extended from the upper edges of the roof boards 5 and 6. In addition, the small flaps are stuck on the roof boards to close the top.</p> |
