PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device in which a pressing load that a driven roller presses a recording paper to a conveyance roller becomes sufficient irrespective of a paper width of the recording paper.SOLUTION: A conveyance mechanism of a printer includes a conveyance roller 22 which conveys a recording paper 3 via a print position by a print head, division rollers 23(1)-23(5) arrayed in a roller axis direction of the conveyance roller 22, a pressing mechanism which presses the respective division rollers 23(1)-23(5) to the conveyance roller 22, a paper width acquisition part which acquires a paper width of the recording paper 3 in a roller axis direction, and a pressing force switching part which changes pressing force of the respective division rollers 23(1)-23(5) by the pressing mechanism based on the paper width.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
