PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase use efficiency of a system when there are a plurality of processes accessing a common resource.SOLUTION: A resource allocation device 1 includes a process allocation part 13 which groups a set of processes utilizing the same common resource among processes utilizing one common resource, and allocates together the grouped set of processes onto the same core in a physical server 2 capable of accessing the same common resource. Each core of the physical server 2 after waiting for one process to end starts another process when executing the grouped set of processes allocated to itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
