The invention relates to a metallurgical melting vessel comprising a fireproof ceramic lining through which a tuyere arrangement for introducing a fluid into a molten metal extends. Said tuyere arrangement comprises the following elements: a tubular, fireproof ceramic cladding, an outer tube which is coaxially arranged in the cladding, an inner tube which coaxially extends in the outer tube, and an axially extending channel formed between the inner and outer tubes; and is arranged in such a way that it can be axially displaced back and forth and rotated in the fireproof ceramic lining. The invention also relates to a method for secondary metallurgical treatment.
