摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a disk device thinner and to make integration stronger between the mechanical chassis and the housing frame, by linking in-between with a cushioning part made of a rubber-like elastic body. SOLUTION: A disk device is structured such that a cushioning part 6 made of a rubber-like elastic body is received in the shearing direction in order that the mechanical chassis 4 and the housing frame 5 are flush with each other. The position and the number for arranging the rubber-like elastic cushioning part on the disk device are properly selectable in accordance with the required performance, and are basically designed to distribute load uniformly onto each cushioning part. The method of integrating the mechanical chassis 5 and the housing frame with the rubber-like elastic cushioning parts 6 linked between them can be decided optimally depending on the material of each part, such as a thermal melt-sticking, chemical bonding and a physical connecting method.
