PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar apparatus with a spectrum monitor 26 capable of easily measuring the transmission spurious level. SOLUTION: This radar apparatus comprises a transmitting section for outputting a radar signal, a radar antenna for transmitting the radar signal, a target position analysis section for receiving a signal and determining the presence position of a target based on the received signal, a radar display section for displaying the position of the target determined by the target position analysis section, a monitor antenna that is arranged so as to keep a predetermined positional relation between it and the radar antenna and receives the radar signal, and a spectrum analysis section for determining the frequency spectrum data of the signal received with the monitor antenna.
