PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the release of a pattern, eliminate the necessity of air ventilation and also prevent the formation of different thickness. SOLUTION: A cut section of given shape is cut from a resin sheet by using a cutting die, and a cut sheet piece 31 of the shape conforming to the cutting die is formed, and the cut sheet piece 31 is inserted into the cut section of the resin sheet, and then a sheet thus formed is heated and pressurized until the peripheral edge of the cut sheet piece 31 is welded on the inner periphery of the cut section, and then cooled to manufacture a thermoplastic resin sheet. The cut sheet piece 31 only can be heated and pressurized to manufacture a thermoplastic resin sheet. |
