PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sugarless health food by using bitter Agaricus as a material for a delicious cookie. SOLUTION: The Agaricus-containing sugarless cookie masks the bitterness of Agaricus and has improved sweetness feeling of sugarless cookie by comprising margarine, reducing maltose and/or erythritol, wheat flour, egg, a taste component and Agaricus.
