Token-based data management system and method for a network

1. A method to communicate within a wireless network comprising physical devices, the physical devices comprising a master device and a slave device, the method comprising:
determining if bandwidth available within the wireless network is above a predetermined amount at the master device; sending a token from the master device to the slave device if the bandwidth available is above the predetermined amount; receiving an archive record with the token at the master device from the slave device; and storing the archive record from the slave device within an archive record database at the master device.
