PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit superior muffling effect as well as to improve exhaust efficiency of a discharge port part by preventing the periphery of the exhaust port of a muffler cutter and the body close to the exhaust port from being soiled through the process of rectifying exhaust gas to be discharged from the inner wall of an exhaust muffler along the exhaust port. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical muffler cutter to be mounted on an exhaust muffler of a vehicle, the sidewall of the muffler cutter is constituted into a double structure, and an outer wall 1 and an inner wall 2 are provided on the periphery of a passage P through which exhaust gas passes. An auxiliary passage 3 extending along the periphery of the passage P is provided between the outer wall 1 and the inner wall 2. A suction hole 4 for communication an exhaust gas inlet side of the passage P with the auxiliary passage 3 is formed on the inner wall 2. An exhaust port 5 for communicating the auxiliary passage 3 with the passage P is formed on an exhaust port P1 side of the inner wall 2.
