PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather trim cover of a seat having the prescribed strength and excellent in touch feeling and free from folding crease. SOLUTION: The trim cover is comprised of an outer layer part A comprised of a skin 1 and an upper wadding 2 made of a foam and wholly bonded to a back surface of the skin 1 and an inner layer part B comprised of a lower wadding 3, wherein the periphery of the inner layer part B is connected to the outer layer part A by adhesion or sewing.
