摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a tasty secondary processed product of fermented soybeans convenient for eating. CONSTITUTION: The fermented soybeans containing a red pepper are obtained by mixing the powdery red pepper with a garlic, common salt, sugar, soy sauce, etc., into separate three kinds of violently pungent, medium pungent and lightly pungent tastes, respectively kneading the materials, completing the fermentation of the resultant semipasty sauces 2 with Bacillus natto, respectively mixing the sauces 2 in the prepared fermented soybeans 1, finally mixing a finely chopped leek or Welsh onion 3 therein, further providing tastes of different kinds and mixing a granular walleye pollack roe 5 therein. The sauce including other kinds of sauces containing the granular walleye pollack roe added thereto may be poured into and hermetically closed in separate small bags such as those made of nylon and packaged for portable use as a part of a container for the product of the fermented soybeans.
