<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of an organic resin coated metal sheet and a manufacturing equipment of an organic resin coated metal sheet, which is capable of removing completely a resin part projected from the both edges of a metal sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing process of an organic resin coated metal sheet, which comprises coating an organic resin directly on a metal sheet by extruding a heat-melted organic resin in a film shape from a T-die, a long sheetlike metal sheet is heated at a temperature from [a melting point of the organic resin to be coated]+[10]°C to [a melting point of the organic resin to be coated]+[50]°C, and the organic resin to be coated is heated by heating the both edges of a metal sheet from [a melting point of the organic resin to be coated]+[10]°C to [a melting point of the organic resin to be coated]+[50]°C by means for heating the both edges of the metal sheet, which is installed on a front of an T-die, and the heat-melted organic resin is continuously extruded by die-lip of an T-die on a metal sheet, followed by pressing by a laminate roller to make them overlie under holding, and the semi-melted resin parts projected from the both edges of the metal sheet are cut off by a cut-off means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
