PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device for the inclination angle of a shift lever capable of adjusting the inclinatinn angle of the shift lever using a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An adjusting device for the inclination angle of a shift lever is equipped with a cable 15 equipped with an outer cable 16 and an inner cable 17 inserted into the outer cable 16 and tying a transmission to a shift lever 12 and adjusting mechanisms 21 and 22 capable of adjusting the inclination angle 8 of the shift lever 12 by moving the end 15a on the lever 12 side of the cable 15 while the relative positioning of the outer cable 16 and inner cable 17 with each other is held unchanged.
