摘要 PURPOSE: An interactive internet shopping mall system is provided to actively induce the purchase decisions of the user by enabling the user to converse with the employees while shopping, to increase revenue by securing permanent customers through creation of a new community, and to enable the user to shop in an illusional cyber mall that includes various cyber shops. CONSTITUTION: A user identifies oneself as a member(S101) and receives the cyber mall's image and product information, and user's cyber character location information, which displays user's location in the cyber mall(S102¯S103). When the user orders the character to relocate to a different shop, the character is relocated, and the relocation information is transmitted to the user(S104¯S105). Once the user finds the desired store, the user clicks the store, receives the store's product information, selects a product, and exchanges opinions regarding the selected product with the employee through a conversation channel (S106¯S108). If the user decides to purchase the product, the purchase information and the user's location information are stored in the member's information DB(S109¯S110).
