PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust check valve for an automobile vacuum pump, which is easily mounted and has reduced exhaust resistance by using a swing type valve element. SOLUTION: The exhaust check valve comprises a check valve body 2 sealed in an exhaust port, an opening portion 2a provided at one end of the check valve body 2, a supporting member 4 protruded from the check valve body 2 to a first direction A, and a valve element 3 rockingly provided on the supporting member 4. The valve element 3 abuts on the opening portion 2a with its weight, and rocks with fluid flowing in the first direction A to open the opening portion 2a and rocks with the fluid trying to flow from an outlet 1b of the exhaust port into an inlet 1a thereof in a second direction to close the opening portion 2a.
