PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp with a vibration absorbing function in a condition that a clamp body and a fixed body can be firmly connected. SOLUTION: This clamp is provided with a clamp body 1 having an inserting part 11 capable of receiving a long member W from its side part in a fitted state, and the fixed body 2 having a latching part 22 to the clamp body 1, and a mounting part 23 to a mounted subject P of the long member W. The latching part 22 and the mounting part 23 of the fixed body 2 are made of a hard synthetic resin, and a vibration absorbing layer 24 made of a soft synthetic resin is mounted between the latch part 22 and the mounting part 23 of the fixed body 2. |
