The object of the solution is cellulolytic active preparation suitably primarily for nutrition of economically useful animals and its preparation method. The preparation consists of cellulase and cellulose or of a substrate containing cellulose. The cellulase activity is stabilised by adsorption bond on cellulose present. The preparation method consists in adsorption of cellulase on cellulose or on cellulose substrate. The result preparation shall achieve the level of cellulolytic activity at least 40 units of CX activity on one gram of water-less dry matter, expressed in CX units of activity.
