PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize with a conventional structure kept, to cope with an easy-to-slip material and a size of a bag body, and to fulfill operations of locking and pulling open a mouth of the bag. SOLUTION: Upper sides of frames 1 and 2 assembled in an X-shape are formed as a spiral, a protrusion or the like to serve as locking parts of a bag mouth. A spring 3 is extended on a leg to serve as a device for pulling open the bag mouth.
