The device has a foldable and disposable support including an elongated rectangular bottom (1), longitudinal sides (2) and front sides (3) with a notch, where the support is made of semi-rigid material. A lower point of the recess is situated at a height from the bottom. The sides (3) have folding lines (4) leaving from a lower angle and slantingly rejoining to the notch. The lines push the sides (3) inside the support to permit the folding of longitudinal sides one above the other. Height of the sides (2) is lower than or equal to a width of the bottom to allow the positioning of sides (2).
