PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of immobilizing a sample on a conductive substrate for preparing a sample that can be observed through an electron microscope.SOLUTION: By applying a voltage to an electrode pair that includes a conductive substrate as at least one electrode, ions having opposite polarity to a sample are dispersed on the conductive substrate. Through the above ions, the sample is immobilized on the conductive substrate. |
