PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure fuse that can control the pressure in a pipe at an abnormal time when the pipe for feeding sample solution to a microchip is clogged or the like, and can accurately perform measurement at a normal time. SOLUTION: A micro-chemical system 1 comprises a microchip 100 having a flow channel 2 and a pressure fuse 3 merging with this, a tube 71 for supplying the sample solution to the microchip 100, a tube 72 for discharging the sample solution in the microchip 100 to the outside, and a syringe pump 7 for feeding the sample solution to the tube 71. If pressure P1 applied to the sample solution in the tube 71 becomes the maximum value (10 kPa) of Pgm when a foreign substance or the like mixes into the flow channel 2 and the flow channel is clogged during feeding of the sample solution by the syringe pump 7, the pressure P1 is reduced by making the sample solution flow into the pressure fuse 3.
