PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detecting apparatus suppressing a displacement due to a difference of thermal expansion coefficient between an inner case and a filling member and improving its waterproof property. SOLUTION: The rotation detecting apparatus A is equipped with: the inner case 3 having at least a magnet 11 and a magnetically detecting means 12; an outer case 4 having a containing space S for containing the inner case 3; and the filling member 5 disposed in the containing space S.
