Provided is a method to control a video system. According to the method to control the video system, the present invention selects a display device to position in the shortest distance by detecting distance from each of the multiple display devices and transmits information about the display device in the shortest distance to the other video device. Accordingly, a user device selects the display device in the shortest distance without inputting separate operation.
