<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium in which information recorded is stored as it is at the beginning, for a long time and stably, a signal is not spoiled by a laser light for regeneration when the signal is regenerated, the information is not deteriorated by a normal preservation for a long time and writing characteristics can be held, reduction of the manufacturing cost can be attempted, a margin in the manufacturing process can be ensured, and good recording and regenerating characteristics can be obtained over wide linear velocity and recording power. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium 1 is composed by making successively a reflective layer 11, a protective layer 12, a recording layer 13, a protective layer 14 and an optical transmission protective layer 15 overlie a substrate 10. As the recording layer 13, a material in which ZnS, SiO<SB>2</SB>and Sb are main components, preferably a material expressed by a compositional formula [(ZnS)<SB>x</SB>(SiO<SB>2</SB>)<SB>1-x</SB>]<SB>y</SB>(Sb<SB>z</SB>X<SB>1-z</SB>)<SB>1-y</SB>(wherein, 0<x≤1.0, 0.3≤y≤0.7, 0.8<z≤1.0, and X is at least an element selected from a group consisting of Ga, Te, V, Si, Zn, Ta and Tb) is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
