PURPOSE: Provided is a mobile with a shinning doll, in which a lighting device or luminescent material is installed to the doll. CONSTITUTION: The mobile with a shining doll comprises a lighting device(8) installed inside or outside the doll(9), thereby lightening the mobile doll to be well shown by external illumination in the dark. Therefore, a baby's interest is maximized to continuously observe the mobile to better develop the eyesight and sensibility of the baby.
