<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position an electrode assembly without using a stopper or a reinforcing ring to prevent breakage of a welding part of a power-feeding lead, and to reduce a manufacturing process and cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A conductive cermet 6 comprises a rod part 8 inserted in a capillary 2, and a positioning head part 9 made to abut on an end 2a of the capillary 2; a tubular head top part 12 with an insertion hole 11 for the power-feeding lead 7 recessed is formed on the head part 9; a plurality of slotted grooves 13 radially formed on the head top part 12 and a plurality of slotted grooves 15 formed on its circumferential side part 14 to reach the outer peripheral surface 8a of the rod part along the axial direction are made to communicate with each other; and the power-feeding lead 7 butt-welded to a hole bottom 11a of the insertion hole 11 is sealed by sealing glass F filled in the respective slotted grooves 13 and 15 and the insertion hole 11.
