<p>A method for sterilization treatment using gaseous hydrogen peroxide which comprises setting a proportion of filling of the inside of a sterilization bag with normal samples at a range of 45 % or more and employing a sterilization cycle of 3 hydrogen peroxide treatment pulses repeated and then 20 aeration pulses repeated. Further, a proportion of the volume of an outer bag having the sterilization bag therein to that of the inside of a knitted cage is preferably set at 55 to 12 %. The method for sterilization treatment can be employed for reducing significantly the amount of a sterilizing agent remaining after the treatment, in the sterilization of a rubber-like sealing tool. A positive ratio of cells was 0/10 in any of the cases wherein sterilization treatments were carried out 1 to 5 times under the above preferable conditions.</p> |
